Job Description
  • Good Knowledge on Desktop/Laptop Troubleshooting

  • Good Knowledge on handling the AD, DNS, DHCP Servers.

  • Hyper-V / VMware - Deployment and management of hyper V VMs

  • Knowledge on Group Policy Management

  • Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks.

  • Monitoring and reporting the health of Servers, Firewalls, Routers and Switches.

  • Performing daily activities like backup and recovery, monitoring and controlling access permissions and privileges for multiple users.

  • Creating and managing the user and mail accounts.

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the host computers by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair.

  • Repair and recovering of hardware or software failures.

  • Experience in technical documentation and client communications are preferred

Skills Required
  • 0 to 2 years of Experience in Windows System Administration

  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills

  • Good interpersonal Skills.

  • The candidate should have worked in a SLA driven environment.

  • Ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented and constantly changing environment.

  • Dealing and handling, various server related issues remotely.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize incidents, requests, and tasks.
