Job Description

  • System Administration of Windows environment

  • Server installation, configuration(Must Have)

  • Active Directory Management (OU/GPO/Forest and domain config and etc)

  • Hyper-V / Vmware - Deployment and management of hyper V VMs

  • Patch management and Virus Management

  • Troubleshooting skills in OS & Hyper-V related issues

  • Hand-on knowledge on various RAID technologies (RAID 0+1, RAID 1, RAID 5 etc.) (Should have basic knowledge)

  • Knowledge on Clustering (geo cluster, multinodes passive/active) (Should have basic knowledge)

  • Bios upgrades and firmware upgrades.

  • Working Knowledge of File and Print servers

  • Working Knowledge in Dell Rack Servers

  • Knowledge on server management tools (SCOM & SCCM)

  • Log monitoring/maintenance

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of Experience in Windows System Administration.

  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good interpersonal Skills.

  • The candidate should have worked in a SLA driven environment.

  • Ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented and constantly changing environment.

  • Dealing and handling, various server related issues remotely.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize incidents, requests, and tasks.
