Senior Web Developer – Headless CMS, WordPress & HTML/CSS UI

We are looking for a technically strong and design-sensitive Senior Web Developer to lead the development and delivery of our new global website and support legacy PHP/MySQL applications. This role demands expert-level HTML/CSS development skills to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs, as well as full-stack capabilities with WordPress and modern frontend technologies. You will also support internal web application teams by assisting in UI development and layout perfection.

Lead frontend development of our new global website using Next.js + WPGraphQL + Tailwind CSS.
Take full ownership of HTML/CSS development – translating Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI layouts across screen sizes.
Ensure high visual accuracy and cross-browser compatibility for all user-facing web pages.
Maintain and enhance existing WordPress, PHP, and MySQL-based websites and custom codebases.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
Provide UI/HTML/CSS support to other internal product and application development teams when needed.
Work with DevOps or frontend hosting teams to optimize asset delivery and performance using platforms like AWS or Vercel.
Integrate REST APIs for features like payment, geolocation, and CRM workflows.

HTML/CSS expert with proven ability to hand-code layouts from design files (Figma/XD).
Deep understanding of responsive design using media queries, Flexbox, Grid, and mobile-first techniques.
Strong experience with WordPress, PHP, and MySQL for theme/plugin development and content customization.
Familiarity with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS (or willingness to learn quickly and lead development).
Solid understanding of REST API integration (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs, geolocation services).
Strong debugging skills using browser dev tools for layout, responsiveness, and UI performance issues.
Experience working with platforms like Stripe, MaxMind, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is a plus, but not mandatory.
Exposure to AWS S3, CloudFront, RDS, or similar infrastructure platforms is desirable.
