Job Summary
  • The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for shaping and managing the company’s overall design strategy across marketing, branding, digital, and product UI/UX. This role requires a design professional with a strong foundation in marketing design, formal education in visual communication or design, and proven leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate should be able to define brand direction, contribute hands-on to marketing and product initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Marketing & Brand Design

    • Lead all design aspects for marketing campaigns including digital ads, landing pages, email templates, brochures, videos, and event materials.

    • Ensure brand consistency and visual excellence across all customer-facing touchpoints.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-conversion creatives for lead generation, social media, website updates, and product promotions.

    • Support content marketing with engaging visuals for blogs, infographics, presentations, and newsletters.

    • Provide creative direction for product launch campaigns and branding initiatives.

  • Design Strategy

    • Define and drive the creative vision for the organization including product, corporate, and digital branding.

    • Establish design systems, visual style guides, and maintain brand identity across platforms.

    • Align design efforts with business goals, marketing KPIs, and product roadmaps.

  • Hands-on Design Contribution

    • Directly contribute to high-impact projects - marketing campaigns, web and mobile application UI/UX, website redesigns, videos, and marketing & customer collaterals.

    • Review and finalize all major design outputs ensuring high quality and alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Collaborate with marketing, web development, and product managers to create compelling user and buyer journeys.

    • Participate in planning meetings, brainstorms, and user-centered design sessions.

    • Advocate for design-led thinking across the organization.

  • Innovation & Market Awareness

    • Stay current with global marketing design trends, digital engagement formats, and creative technologies.

    • Introduce innovative concepts and ideas for campaign visuals, product branding, and customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, or related field from a reputed institution.

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic/visual/UI&UX design.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing design, branding, and UI/UX design across platforms.

  • Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Adobe XD, AI Tools, etc.

  • Experience in developing creatives for marketing automation platforms, social media, digital ads, and print.

  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS).
