Position Overview
  • The Recruitment Manager / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the complete recruitment lifecycle for SIERRA. This includes requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview management, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

  • This is a high-ownership, high-accountability role requiring strong technical hiring capability, market intelligence, sourcing expertise, and the ability to close positions swiftly.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

    • Manage the full hiring lifecycle for all open roles across technology, project management, HR, operations, and support functions.

    • Develop hiring strategies for niche technical roles (Full Stack, .NET, Java, Cloud, IoT, Mobile, Testing, DevOps, Embedded, etc.).

    • Build proactive sourcing pipelines through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, communities, and alternate sourcing strategies.

  • Stakeholder & Requirement Management

    • Work closely with Project Managers, Delivery Heads, and Leadership Team to understand manpower needs.

    • Conduct detailed intake meetings for clarity on role expectations and must-have technical skills.

    • Ensure consistent communication with hiring managers regarding candidate progress and market feedback.

  • Speed & Quality of Hiring

    • Achieve aggressive hiring timelines through structured planning and active candidate engagement.

    • Reduce dependency on external vendors through internal sourcing effectiveness.

  • Candidate Engagement & Assessment

    • Conduct technical understanding checks before forwarding candidates to the panel.

    • Evaluate candidate stability, attitude, cultural fit, communication, and learning agility.

    • Ensure professional and timely communication throughout the process.

  • Hiring Metrics & Reporting

    • Track, analyze, and maintain daily/weekly recruitment dashboards.

    • Measure progress through TAT, sourcing efficiency, offer-to-join conversion, and quality of hire.

  • Market Intelligence

    • Monitor industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and availability of talent pools in Tamil Nadu and across India.

    • Suggest improvements to sourcing strategies, assessment methods, and recruitment processes.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Location Requirement

    • Must be based in Coimbatore or nearby districts/relocate to Coimbatore.

    • Ability to work at office.

  • Language Requirement

    • Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.

    • Most candidates and local hiring pipelines require Tamil fluency for effective engagement.

  • Experience Requirement

    • Minimum 6 years of full-cycle IT recruitment.

    • Strong exposure to hiring in software product or IT services companies.

    • Proven ability to close niche tech roles independently.

  • Familiarity with ATS tools (Naukri RMS, Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, etc.)

  • Strong Boolean search and alternate sourcing methods

  • Ability to manage multiple open positions concurrently

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Experience in employer branding initiatives

Educational Qualification
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
