Job Description
  • Leading the project delivery which includes project planning, defining workstreams, tracking, and managing the project deliverables.

  • Analyzing requirements, developing, and maintaining functional documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.

  • Participating in the planning and estimation of project timelines and resources -Collaborating with other teams such as QA, Product, and Design to ensure that software meets the needs of the business.

  • Manage Kick-off Meetings.

  • Leading the design of new features and functionality.

  • Overseeing the development and implementation of software projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

  • Review all Implementation project plans, identify and mitigate the risks and work with the project managers/Leads to manage them closely for successful Go Lives.

  • Monitor project progress throughout the project life cycle, and communicate the project status effectively to senior management through reports, presentations and individual meetings.

  • Guide functional decisions and ensure that the team is following the best practices in software development.

  • Providing functional guidance and mentoring to team members.

  • Participating in project planning, retrospective, and daily stand-up meetings.

  • Supporting the QA team during the testing phase to ensure the software meets quality standards.

  • Lead the efforts to identify root causes, troubleshoot and resolve issues with the software.

  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand the business requirements and ensure that the team is delivering solutions that meet their needs.

  • Communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.

  • Identifying and implementing best practices and process improvements to increase team efficiency and productivity.

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and industry best practices and applying them to the project as needed.

  • Capture and manage project risks and issues and associated mitigation strategies.

  • Proactively engage other members & collaborate with the subject knowledge experts to resolve issues or provide assistance.

  • Work closely with Sales, Solutions, Development, Customer Success, and Support teams for project success.

  • Utilize analytical skills to make critical decisions and recommendations to solve project-related problems.
