Job Summary
SIERRA ODC Private Limited, a leading software company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for our software products. The ideal candidate will be skilled in driving online marketing campaigns, managing digital assets, and leading a team to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to promote SIERRA's software products, including our flagship product, eFACiLiTY.
Optimize the company’s online presence, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and boosts customer engagement and lead generation.
Analyze data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
Content Marketing & SEO
Oversee content creation for digital channels, including websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to the website.
Lead Generation & Nurturing
Manage lead generation efforts, tracking key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
Use marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to nurture and convert leads.
Social Media Management
Oversee the company’s social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to build brand awareness and engage with audiences.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a small team, including a Digital Marketing Executive, content writers, and designers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Sales, and Customer Support to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
Manage and track the digital marketing budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Provide insights for the development of new marketing initiatives based on industry trends.
Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
Experience
5-10 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Software Products or SaaS marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and content management systems (CMS).
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience in marketing software products or platforms like CAFM, ERP, or SaaS.
Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies.
