Job Summary
  • SIERRA ODC Private Limited, a leading software company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for our software products. The ideal candidate will be skilled in driving online marketing campaigns, managing digital assets, and leading a team to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

    • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to promote SIERRA's software products, including our flagship product, eFACiLiTY.

    • Optimize the company’s online presence, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and boosts customer engagement and lead generation.

    • Analyze data and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and make necessary adjustments.

  • Content Marketing & SEO

    • Oversee content creation for digital channels, including websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.

    • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to the website.

  • Lead Generation & Nurturing

    • Manage lead generation efforts, tracking key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.

    • Use marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to nurture and convert leads.

  • Social Media Management

    • Oversee the company’s social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter to build brand awareness and engage with audiences.

  • Team Leadership

    • Lead and mentor a small team, including a Digital Marketing Executive, content writers, and designers.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Sales, and Customer Support to align marketing efforts with business goals.

  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Monitor and report on digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.

    • Manage and track the digital marketing budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.

  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.

    • Provide insights for the development of new marketing initiatives based on industry trends.

Requirements
  • Educational Background

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

  • Experience

    • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Software Products or SaaS marketing.

    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

  • Technical Skills

    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.

    • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and content management systems (CMS).

  • Soft Skills

    • Strong leadership and team management abilities

    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred

    • Experience in marketing software products or platforms like CAFM, ERP, or SaaS.

    • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies.
