Experience
  • Candidates with 0-3 years of experience.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Install and configure operating systems on desktops and laptops

  • Install and troubleshoot software applications.

  • Provide technical support for Windows systems and Office 365.

  • Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and account setup.

  • Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory.

  • Configure and troubleshoot VPN connections (FortiClient EMS).

  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular health checks.

  • Maintain backup systems and share status reports.

  • Support basic cloud-related tasks in Azure.

  • Manage firewall and network configurations.

  • Maintain documentation for ISMS, QMS, and FMS policies.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Deploy and manage virtual machines using Hyper-V or VMware.

  • Configure and manage AD, DNS, DHCP servers.

  • Apply and manage Group Policies.

  • Monitor and report on servers, firewalls, routers, and switches.

  • Perform routine backup, recovery, and access control tasks.

  • Document technical procedures and communicate with clients.

Qualifications

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

  • Comfortable working in a team and adapting to change.
