Candidates with 2 to 6 years of experience.
Conduct Product / Project Demonstrations and client presentations.
Communicate effectively with clients for requirement gathering, clarification, and ongoing support (including onsite client engagement when required).
Provide onsite implementation and post-Go-Live support to ensure smooth adoption and client satisfaction.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through client interactions and workshops.
Prepare Functional Specifications, SRS documents, and Use Case documents.
Develop Process Flow Diagrams, ERDs, and other system documentation using tools like Visio or Draw.io.
Collaborate with the Development and QA teams to ensure alignment between business needs and deliverables.
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Create and maintain Project Plans, Task Allocation Sheets, and Track Progress to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and circulate MIS, Weekly, and Monthly Project Status Reports.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and perform functional testing to ensure business requirements and quality standards are met.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
Understand basic Application Architecture, APIs, and Integration Concepts.
Write and execute basic SQL queries for validation and reporting purposes.
