New Delhi, October 27, 2023: SIERRA has been honoured with the prestigious India SME 100 Award, a coveted national recognition, as one of the TOP 100 SMEs by India SME Forum. This recognition marks a significant achievement as it is celebrated among the top-performing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) at the 10th Edition of the India SME 100 Awards. SIERRA is also the only software company to receive this esteemed award in 2023.

This distinguished event took place at the Eros Hotel in Nehru Place, New Delhi, and served as a platform to commend the remarkable contributions of SMEs to India’s thriving economy. The India SME Forum, in collaboration with Axis Bank, had the privilege of hosting this grand occasion.

The event was graced by the presence of distinguished guests, including Amitabh Chaudhry, MD & CEO, Axis Bank Limited, and important members from the India SME Forum – Shri Dhanendra Kumar IAS, Formerly Chairperson CCI & India’s Executive Director in World Bank & Chairman, Competition Advisory Services (I) LLP), Shri. Ganesh Sankaran, Group Executive, WBCG, Axis Bank, Dr. Joginder Singh Juneja, Former Chairman & CEO, National Small Industries Corporation, Mr. Vinod Kumar, President, India SME Forum, and Mr. Tilak Raj Bajalia, Former Deputy Managing Director, Small Industries Development Bank of India. The award was received by Mr. David Raja P, Director – Client Services, at the function.

India SME 100 Awards:

The India SME 100 Awards is India’s most prestigious annual recognition program dedicated to acknowledging the outstanding achievements of small and medium enterprises. Each year, the esteemed jury of the India SME Forum diligently evaluates over 40,000 nominations spanning various industry sectors to select the top 100 SMEs. The winners are assessed by a 15-member diverse jury panel based on their exceptional performance across multiple categories, including Innovation, Growth, International Outlook, Financial Strength, People Capital, and Corporate Governance.
