We are pleased to announce that we are one of the select few software companies in the world to achieve the ISO 41001:2018 Facility Management System certification

ISO 41001:2018 is the first facility management system (FMS) standard published by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) that helps organizations demonstrate effective and efficient delivery of FM services that supports the organisation’s goals, consistently meet the needs of interested parties & applicable requirements and be sustainable in this globally competitive environment.

Our long-standing commitment to improved workforce productivity, safety, and health & well-being, and facility management system that is compliant with international standards helped us achieve this coveted certification issued by Gabriel Registrar, UAE, an international certification body accredited to United Accreditation Federation (UAF), USA.

The scope of the certification applies to: The People, Place, Technologies, and Facility Management processes of SIERRA within the built environment utilized for Software Development & IT Services

The FMS accreditation certifies that we have the processes in place complying with the highest international standards for a facility management system that is designed to encourage optimum utilization of resources and systems.
