SIERRA’s eFACiLiTY® Building achieved the prestigious WELL Certification in March 2022 which makes it India’s highest-ranking WELL Platinum-certified healthy building rated by the International WELL Building Institute™ (IWBI™) under the WELL v2 rating system, the latest version of the WELL Building Standard™
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
We announced the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) this year to share SIERRA’s wealth with long-standing, dedicated employees to keep them motivated and to create a sense of belonging/ownership interest amongst them. Also, by this mechanism employees are compensated with increasing equity interests over time and wealth creation.
