Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Application Support Engineer to support the implementation, maintenance, and testing of the eFACiLiTY® platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and be passionate about delivering excellent customer support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide application support and resolve client-reported issues within defined SLAs.
  • Assist in software implementation and deployment activities.
  • Perform functional testing and validate application enhancements.
  • Analyse issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
  • Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide effective support.
  • Monitor application performance and ensure smooth system operations.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and support activities.
  • Track and manage support tickets while ensuring SLA compliance.
Requirements
  • 0–5 years of experience in Application Support, Software Testing, IT Support, or Software Implementation.
  • Basic understanding of software applications, databases, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Hands-on experience in software testing is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
